The following information should be read before placing an order. You are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions when you submit your order.

Payment

Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Debit Card and Switch. Payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.

If you use a credit / debit card you must be fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide details to us, also there must be sufficient funds available to your card at the time of the transaction to cover the full cost of your purchase. If, for any reason, you make a mistake when entering your details, please contact us with the correct information as soon as you are aware of the error.

We reserve the right to adjust selling prices/trade prices without prior notice. Prices will also be changed in the case of error.

Credit Card Security

All Credit/Debit Card orders are dealt with via Paypal’s secure e-commerce system and we do not store any details on our system.

Shipping and Handling

The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to complete delivery within 10 working days from receipt of cleared payment but will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

The quantity of the Goods delivered under the Contract shall be recorded by the Company upon despatch from the Company's warehouse and the Company's record shall be accepted by the customer as conclusive evidence of the quantity delivered.

It is the Customers responsibility to notify the Company if the Goods have not been received by the customer within seven days of the date of the receipt of the Company's invoice. If no notification is made, the Customer shall be deemed to have received the goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Creations4Kidz offers a no quibble returns policy on faulty, substandard or damaged goods. We carefully pack all our goods to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition. Occasionally, however, damage can occur in transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately upon receipt by email or telephone to arrange for a replacement or refund. It is requested the damaged item is retained together with all packaging until collection is arranged by Creations4Kidz, in order to assist us in claiming against our carrier.

Privacy Policy

Creations4Kids do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

You will only receive promotional e-mails from us in the future if you have told us that you would like these.

Creations4Kidz will never pass details of your child to a third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

Cancellation

Personalised goods are non-returnable unless deemed to be faulty or substandard, however if we have not incurred any costs at the time of cancellation the cancellation will be accepted.

All non personalised goods come with a 7 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement. Returned products must be shipped in perfect condition, at your own cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the amount paid for the goods or an exchange credit as required.

Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation minus the postage charge & package.

Colour Reproduction

Please note that the colours depicted on this website and any other marketing materials should be taken as guidelines only, and will almost certainly vary somewhat from the true colour of the product, due to the limitations of technology.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to use the Site following any such change you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether these terms and conditions have been changed.

Applicable Law
